On 10 February 2024, part of the floor in my bathroom collapsed, leaving a gaping hole and a concern for the underfloor of my 1910 Federation house in Thornbury. Tom of Rescom Complete repaired our broken sewer pipe in Essendon. It was an extremely challenging job which needed re-routing the pipe underground and under our rear decking. We were impressed with Tom’s work ethic and time management to enable the job to be carried out with minimum disruption. We then re-employed Tom to fully strip and renovate the bathrooms in two rental properties in an inner suburb of Melbourne. Both renovation jobs came out with a fantastic result. Tom’s communication and time management was again excellent. Both the bathroom upgrades were money well spent and finished off with a very high professional result.
